What Is the Brides Night Out Sleepover Experience?

This year’s Spring Bridal Expo begins the night before. On Saturday night, brides and their bridal party can book a room package at the George Washington Hotel and join us for an exclusive overnight bridal experience designed to create connection, excitement, and unforgettable moments — before they ever walk the expo floor.

The evening includes: • Music & photo walls • Snacks & treats • Games, bridal bingo & prizes • Dress try-ons & fun bridal moments • A relaxed, celebratory atmosphere with their bride tribe.

After the evening experience, brides retreat to their rooms and wake up together for a mimosa brunch before attending the Spring Bridal Expo from 12–3 PM. Brides can also choose a day pass ticket for just the expo from 12PM-3PM.

Space for the Spring Bridal Expo is limited and intentionally capped to ensure quality exposure and comfortable flow for both vendors and brides. Available Space Options: 3 – 12×12 Booth Spaces 6 – 8×8 Booth Spaces 16 – Table-Only Spaces Booth Spaces: Booth spaces are empty and allow for full custom setup. Vendors may design their booth layout within the assigned space. Table-Only Spaces: Include a 6' x 18" table with linen The table must be used and remain in place Displays should be tabletop only No décor or displays on the floor unless pre-approved by MWC Table-only spaces are ideal for vendors who prefer a clean, simple setup while still engaging directly with brides. ⚠️ Important Notes: All spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis Pricing will increase on January 20th Early booking ensures the best availability and lowest pricing.
